⟡ Where do you ship from?
Everything will be shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
⟡ For how long will preorders remain open?
Until the middle of may. Afterwards, only the stock I already have will be available until the shop closes in June.
⟡ When will I know that all preorder items have arrived to you?
Every two weeks I will be sending an update email to everyone that has placed an order in order to be as transparent as I can. Once I get the items (be it merch, zines, etc.) I will let you know then.
Products will be shipped together. Note if you combine in-stock items with preorders, as your order won't go out until everything is ready.
⟡ Can I add more items to my order?
Yes! You don’t have to place a second order. You can write to this email: onzzesstore@gmail.com to add extra items.
⟡ Can I change my address?
Yes, of course! Before sending the first batch of orders I will be contacting everyone in order to make sure the addresses are correct. You can contact me through this email: onzzesstore@gmail.com to change it as well, so you don’t have to wait.
Keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the correct and complete personal data provided. I won't take responsibility for lost packages if you didn't write the correct information.
⟡ My order got lost, what should I do?
I will contact you if I get the package returned due to a failed delivery. Your options would be a product refund (not shipping) or a discounted second shipping payment. When the items are shipped out it’s beyond my control what happens to the packages.
⟡ You forgot to add some items or sent me the wrong one, what should I do?
In that case, I can send you the items again (if I have them in-stock) or refund you the item! With no extra cost, of course.
